Sesame Tofu Crunch

Just like it sounds, sesame tofu crunch consists of tofu marinated in a tangy sesame sauce before being fried until crispy on the outside. The complementary flavors of ginger, sesame oil, and soy sauce infuse the tofu. Serve this dish warm to enjoy the contrasting textures and flavors.
