The American International School of Guangzhou (AISG) is an independent, coeducational day school offering an educational program from preschool through grade 12. The school was founded in 1981. An international curriculum is offered in self-contained classrooms through grade 5, and in a departmentalized middle and high school setting for grades 6-12. The medium of instruction is English.

AISG is authorized by the International Baccalaureate Office to offer the Primary Years Program in the elementary grades and the Diploma Program in grades 11 and 12. While AISG offers ESL support at each campus, it does not enroll into the middle or high school children with limited English language proficiency. The School also offers limited learning support at each campus. AISG uses digital technology in the teaching and learning process. Children in preschool through grade 4 use iPads while students in grades 5-12 use Mac laptops. AISG is a member of the Council of International Schools, the East Asia Regional Council of Schools, and the Association of China and Mongolia International Schools. The Western Association of Schools and Colleges accredits AISG.

Enrollment is more than 970. The United States, Korea, Taiwan, Canada, Hong Kong, Australia, India, Malaysia, Singapore, New Zealand, and Japan are well represented in the student body. There are nearly 100 full-time faculty members. About 75 percent of faculty members have at least a Master’s Degree. Over 97 percent of the School’s income is derived from regular day school tuition and fees. The application fee (PS: RMB630 and K-grade 5: RMB1,900) applies only to the school year in which the student is applying. The annual comprehensive tuition fee is: PS: RMB 98,300 for the half-day program (RMB120,500 for a regular day); K-grade 5: RMB143,900; grades 6-8: RMB158,500; and grades 9-12: RMB187,000. ESL and learning support fees are RMB 3,200 per semester. The cost of transportation and school lunches are the responsibility of the parents. (All fees are quoted in RMB) 

The elementary school is located on Ersha Island in the Pearl River near Guangzhou's Diplomatic and Commercial district. Facilities include a large library, two art rooms, two music rooms, a gym and fifty-five classrooms. The middle school and high school are located in Science Park, with fifty classrooms, science and computer labs, three art rooms, a library, separate music building, and two gyms and a playing field. All classrooms are air-conditioned and have wireless Internet access. The 180-day academic year comprises two semesters, from August to December and from January to June. AISG is governed by a seven-member Board of Governors. Three members are appointed while four are elected from members of the AISG Parents' Association. Membership is automatically conferred on the parents or guardians of children enrolled in the School.  

Beijing BISS International School was founded in 1994 by its sister school, ISS International School in Singapore, as an independent proprietary, co-educational, English-language day school offering an international curriculum for prekindergarten to Grade 12 students from the expatriate community of Beijing. The 11,000 square meter campus is conveniently located near major expatriate residential areas in central Beijing, located just of the North of Third Ring Road, close to the Olympic Games Village. BISS delivers all three of the International Baccalaureate (IB) programmes.

BISS offers a full International Baccalaureate curriculum to students from 3 to 19 years old. BISS was the first international school to be licensed by the Beijing Educational Commission, and is accredited by the Council of International Schools (CIS), Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC), and the National Centre for Curriculum and Textbook Development (NCCT), Ministry of Education, China. The International Baccalaureate (IB) has granted BISS authorisation to offer the Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP), and the Diploma  Programme (DP). BISS is a small school typically achieving a 100 percent success pass rate in the IB exams. Graduates are accepted at top universities around the world, including Harvard University, Columbia University, Stanford University, McGill University, and the National University of Singapore.

Approximately 300 students from 30 different countries attend the school. Teachers represent 14 countries.

ISS faculty members hail from the USA, Canada, Australia, Korea, New Zealand, China, Japan, Spain, India, Latvia, Greece, Mexico, Israel and the UK. All are licensed in their home countries and qualified in their respective fields, and most hold advanced degrees. Their experiences in international education and diverse backgrounds contribute to the school's international character. The campus is a totally wireless-enabled campus which means that staff and students have access to the Internet from all parts of the school. The whole school's network infrastructure has been recently upgraded to provide more stability and speed to support our Mac 1:1 Laptop program across the Secondary School. All classrooms are installed with digital projectors and all learners use mobile technology as well as access online learning environments. Students are able to keep up to date with the latest information through access to technology right in their classrooms via tools such as iPads in classrooms, smartphones, and the StudyWiz learning platform.

Beijing City International School (BCIS) is a not-for-profit, independent, co-educational day school offering an international curriculum for nursery to Grade 12 students. The school occupies a purpose-built facility in Beijing’s central business district (CBD). As an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School, BCIS is authorized to teach all three IB programmes (Primary Years, Middle Years and Diploma). BCIS is accredited by the Council of International Schools (CIS) and the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). It is also a member of the East Asia Regional Council of Schools (EARCOS), the Association of China and Mongolia International Schools (ACAMIS), and the International Schools Athletic Conference, Beijing-Tianjin (ISAC).

Beijing Rego British School (BRBS) opened in September 2011. Located in the growing area of Shunyi, near the Yang Lin exit from Airport Expressway, the school is easily accessible to residents in the popular surrounding expatriate compounds as well as those residing in the city and beyond. All educational facilities and age-appropriate resources are housed on one convenient campus. BRBS is the third International School opened in China from the REGO Europe Foundation.

Beijing Rego British School provides a quality education to international students between the ages of 2 to 18 in a safe, close-knit learning environment. Using only the most current teaching methods, exceptional resources and state-of-the-art facilities BRBS is continuing the REGO tradition of academic excellence. BRBS uses the United Kingdom National Curriculum. The courses delivered in the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) programme and the Advanced General Certificate of Education (A-Level) programme is assessed by both Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) and EdExcel (University of London).  Beijing Rego British School is a Licensed Examination Centre with both Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) and EdExcel (University of London).

Founded during the fall of 2005, the Canadian International School of Beijing (CISB) offers a world-class facility with an internationally recognized Canadian education curriculum and the International Baccalaureate Programme. CISB currently has students from diplomatic and expatriate communities in Beijing representing over 50 countries, including Montessori nursery (18 months to 3 years), prekindergarten, and kindergarten to Grade 12.

The Canadian International School of Beijing has a maximum capacity of 1700 students.

CISB was the first school in Beijing incorporating Smartboard technology extensively in teaching and learning activities. The technology gives the students and teachers an interactive learning tool and the capability to interact with the Internet immediately, facilitating and enhancing the learning process and knowledge base. Teachers are all well qualified to teach at their respective levels, meeting Canadian certification standards or the equivalent. The staff is a blend of the experienced and the young. The majority of staff is recruited from Canada with a blend of teachers from Asia so that the best of both cultures is represented in the school. CISB teachers have a varied background in teaching, with many teachers having taught in a number of different countries throughout the world.

Part of the International Schools of China (ISC), Chengdu International School offers an American college preparatory curriculum for the children of expatriates and foreign nationals working in China. Although more than 15 nations are represented, 50 percent of the student population comes from South Korea. Chengdu International School was founded in 1997.

CDIS is the oldest international school in Chengdu. It is licensed by the Ministry of Education and accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and by the Chinese National Center for School Curriculum and Textbook Development (NCCT) of the Ministry of Education of China.

Chengdu International School serves nearly 250 students in kindergarten through 12th grade.  

Chengdu International School (CDIS) was founded in 1997 to provide an international education program for the children of expatriates living in the Chengdu area. Classes began in the fall of 1997 on the campus of Jia Hao School. Initially there were 18 students at CDIS and four full-time teachers. Classes were held on the third floor of the original building. In the fall of 1998, the school grew to 38 students and expanded to the second floor of the original building. In 2000 the school grew to 72 students and expanded the secondary program from seventh to tenth grade. Because of continued school growth, CDIS moved to the fifth floor of Jinguan Xincheng School in 2002, where a complete PK-grade 12 program could be offered. In 2005, CDIS moved to the Zhong Hai International Community campus. Once again CDIS has outgrown its facilities and as of September 2013 is located on the new campus in the Jin Jiang district.  

Chengdu Meishi International School (CMIS) is located in the Chengdu Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone (a.k.a. Chengdu Hi-tech Zone or CDHT) of Chengdu city in Southwest China. CMIS is an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School, offering the Diploma Program. It is the only US-accredited and IB-authorized school in Western China. The school offers students choices of either a US curriculum or Chinese curriculum, with the IB Diploma Option for both Chinese and foreign students. It is also an authorized education provider for the US State Department as well as French and Pakistani government employees.

CMIS has adopted the California State Education Standards and Framework for its Grades 1-12 curriculum. It also offers the well-established International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Program curriculum option for all students from Grades 11 and 12. CMIS aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect. CMIS's programs encourage students to become active, compassionate and lifelong learners who understand that other people, with their differences, can also be right through the school's challenging program of international education and rigorous assessment.

The student body is culturally diverse with a population from Asia, Europe, and North America with Chinese students comprising about 70 percent and the remaining nationalities evenly split. Chengdu Meishi International School has a total student population of 2,400, with 1,110 in the Chinese Elementary Division, 1,100 in the Chinese Secondary Division and 200 in the International Programs.

CMIS is accredited by the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO), North and Central Association of Colleges and Schools (NCA), AdvancED, the National Council for Private School Accreditation (NCPSA), and Accreditation International (Ai).

Concordia International School Shanghai is located in the Jinqiao neighborhood in the heart of residential Pudong and east of Shanghai's financial hub. Founded in 1998, the school offers an outstanding, college-preparatory American-based curriculum and has long been recognized for its dedication to academic excellence. We've come a long way since the fall of 1998 when only 22 students were enrolled in the Elementary and Middle Schools.

Concordia International School Shanghai believes that an American curriculum suits the diverse needs of its students and families, and best prepares students for success outside of Concordia's halls. At the beginning of 2012 Concordia International School Shanghai had more than 1,200 students enrolled across the Elementary, Middle and High Schools and more than 130 highly credentialed faculty and administrators.

Concordia's state-of-the-art facilities are purpose-built with an environmental, self-sustainable focus, and are designed to give students the best possible environment in which to learn, play and develop artistic passion. Daystar Academy offers an international bilingual education program which balances the Chinese National and Montessori English curriculums, excellent facilities, and a warm and caring environment for its students. Daystar Academy serves prekindergarten to grade 6 students. Its graduates have gone on to many of the top international and Chinese middle schools in Beijing or have successfully returned to their home countries.

English and Chinese are the dominant world languages in Beijing and Daystar’s aim is for students from kindergarten through elementary to be fully fluent in both languages, both linguistically and culturally. The Montessori English program from ages 3 to 6 and ages 6 to 9 years program provides holistic, integrated lessons in all subject areas, which allow students to develop social skills, an inquisitive mind, and sound study skills as they master the richness of the English language. For the 9 to 12 years upper elementary program, international curriculum standards are used, with community service-learning programs integrated into the curriculum. It focuses on preparing students to transition to an international, bilingual or Chinese school. The Chinese Program helps students develop excellent study habits such as memorization skills, a world class foundation in mathematics, a solid fluency in Chinese and a deep appreciation for Chinese culture. Daystar Academy enrolls both foreign and Chinese nationals, which further enriches its unique bilingual environment.

In 2014, Daystar had 231 students represented by 21 nationalities from Kindergarten to Grade 6 (22 months to 12 years old). Students are enrolled in the following four programs: 1) Toddler program for children 2-3 years of age (5 students) 2) Kindergarten Montessori program for children 3-6 years of age (71 students) 3) Lower Elementary Montessori program for Grades 1-3 (105 students) 4) Upper Elementary international curriculum for Grades 4, 5 and 6 (50 students).

In 2008, Daystar Academy opened as a licensed non-profit private Chinese school at its current campus in Chaoyang District. The Daystar Board is the governing body of Daystar Academy, which is a nonprofit organization. It comprises parents and experts who are nominated and approved by the Board. The Board tries to ensure diversity and representation of parents and student body, without allowing one group to dominate the Board.

In August 2005, Dulwich College first opened its doors to students in Beijing. It is a British International school serving students ranging in age from 12 months to 18 years. It offers a curriculum based on the English National Curriculum up to Year 9, IGCSE courses for students in Years 10 and 11, and the International Baccalaureate Diploma for Senior School students in Years 12 and 13.

The Dulwich College curriculum is adapted to reflect the needs of students in an international school and extends well beyond the formal classroom with a strong emphasis on the development of the individual. All students study compulsory Mandarin Chinese up to the end of Year 9, with many continuing with it as an examination subject in the Senior School years. The school offers mother tongue German courses that are designed to allow children to return seamlessly to German language schools or universities after a stint in Beijing. Children in the Early Years follow a dual language program that we are looking to expand in future. In addition we offer a full range of learning and language development support, including the Bridge Programme, which prepares children with limited English to join the mainstream curriculum once their English is sufficient.

Enrollment at Dulwich College is more than 1,450.

Dulwich College's main campus is at Legend Garden, next to the Wen Yu River, 10 minutes from the airport, and just off the expressway leading downtown. Legend Garden has extensive sports grounds, including a FIFA two-star rated footbal pitch, and state of the art facilities to support all aspects of the school's curriculum. In 2013, Dulwich College opened a large new wing, boasting 27 new classrooms, two new libraries, a new reception area in a three storey atrium, and the 602-seat Wodehouse Theatre. All students from Year 3 upwards attend school on this campus. The Early Years Programme is currently based in two  campuses with age-appropriate facilities. Slightly more than half of Early Years children are at the Legend Garden campus and all others are at the Riviera campus, located in Beijing Riviera housing compound, which is about a 15 minute drive away. The College emphasizes excellence in academics, sport and the arts, and fosters in every child a sense of the importance of community service. Its graduates are in top universities on five continents, and current students follow in their footsteps, not only earning top marks, but receiving awards for community service and doing themselves proud on the stage and sports fields.

Harrow International School Beijing belongs to the Harrow Family of Schools (which also comprises Harrow School, John Lyon School, Harrow International School Bangkok, and Harrow International School Hong Kong). Teaching is based on the National Curriculum for England, and pupils sit GCSEs and A levels, which facilitate progression into leading universities.

The Harrow International School Beijing campus is located just north of the fifth ring road in between the traditional Chinese village of Hegezhuang and the modernity of the Scitech Outlet mall. The campus is situated on 66,600 sq.m of parkland next to a lake with many mature trees and landscaped garden areas within the grounds. The buildings divide into four sections. A separate Early Years Centre (for ages 2 to 5) incorporates indoor play areas, it's own library, assembly area and health clinic as well as rooms for specialist music and mandarin teachers. The Early Years Centre also has its own dedicated playground with everything to make the most of this outdoor learning environment. The Sports Centre includes 3,000 square meter multi-function gymnasium including two indoor basketball courts, a climbing wall and two swimming pools. Outside the sports facilities are extended with three football fields, four tennis courts and a field events area. At the heart of the school is the magnificent library with 20,000 volumes, a wide range of materials from online periodicals to a DVD and audio collection and far-reaching views across Beijing. Below the library in the central core of the school are the music rooms and the dining halls. Extending from either side of the library are the two courtyards around which the Upper School (ages 13 to 18) and the Prep (ages 10 to 13) and Pre-Prep (ages 5 to 10) Phases of the school are laid out. Each Phase of the School has its own distinct area and feel so that our students still feel part of a small school community whilst having access to big school facilities.

Established in 1990, International Montessori School of Beijing (MSB) is a non-profit organization fully registered with the Chinese Ministry of Education Beijing Education Bureau. MSB is an affiliate member of the American Montessori Society (AMS), which represents over 6,000 Montessori schools worldwide and oversees the MACTE Montessori educational standards on an international level. The school is well respected in the Beijing and international educational community for providing a strong academic program in both its English-only and dual-language programs.

The mission of International Montessori School of Beijing is to bring out the best in each and every student. As a community of dedicated and highly experienced educators, the school is committed to providing a very strong academic foundation, as well as instilling social and moral responsibility, integrity, confidence and an enthusiasm for life-long learning. The academic programs at MSB are designed around the capabilities of each child. This allows the school to best accommodate their individual needs and enable them to reach their greatest potential. As a result, the children at MSB not only display high standards of grace and courtesy, cooperation, self-control and respect, but also great individual aptitude, curiosity and skill. The MSB curriculum is carefully designed to build a strong foundation in academics, while promoting social, emotional, moral and physical development. The school serves over 400 children aged 1 to 12, representing more than 40 nationalities.

The MSB campus at Beijing Riviera first opened its doors in August 2011. At the time, it catered solely to the school's Reception and Elementary classes up to Grade 6. In the summer of 2012, the campus underwent a significant makeover, taking over the building next door and considerably enlarging the premises. Today, the campus encompasses the MSB's entire Pre-school through Upper Elementary grade levels. Facilities include 26 classrooms (six with ensuite bathrooms for MSB's youngest), two art studios, two libraries, two children's kitchens, an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor ball courts, a running track, a multi-purpose hall, a science lab and a 250 square-meter music room. Lastly, the campus boasts two Coffee Stops, reading and refreshments areas run by MSB's dedicated Parent Association.

International School of Beijing (ISB) is an English-language day school, offering an international curriculum for expatriate children in China. ISB provides education from prekindergarten (age 3) through grade 12, in three divisions: Elementary School, Middle School, and High School. Each division has its own principal, assistant principal, and support services team. In 2002, ISB moved into a new facility in Shunyi District, in northeast Beijing. At that time, the School ceased to be a diplomatic entity and became an independent school for expatriate children recognized by the Beijing Municipal Education Commission.

The international standards-based curriculum draws from the best standards and benchmarks from around the world. The school closely follows North American content standards in major subject areas in the Elementary School; in the Middle School a comprehensive model is implemented from the US - based National Middle School Association; and in the High School students progress through the curriculum with credits- to-graduation toward the US - accredited diploma. Basic subject areas include English language arts, mathematics, science, social studies, performing arts, visual arts, physical education and health, information communications technology, and world languages in Chinese, French, and Spanish. Additional Charges: Bus Service fee for pick-up and drop-off ranges from $1,477 - $2,393 and is based on the distance from home to ISB. The School also charges an application fee of $275 and an annual capital levy of $1,850 to $5,408, which is included in the tuition amount.

The school year runs from August to mid-June over two semesters. A 12-member Board of Trustees, elected by the school’s Parents’ Association, provides oversight and governance. All parents of ISB students are members of the Parents’ Association. ISB is located on a 32-acre campus in Shunyi close to popular residential compounds. The facilities are unrivaled in Beijing. Two purpose-built sports domes sit side-by-side on an area of over 8,500 square meters. The QSI International School of Chengdu is an independent, coeducational day school which offers an educational program from prekindergarten (2-4 year-olds) through grade 12 for students of all nationalities. The School was founded in 2002. The school year comprises 5 quintiles extending from September to June. A very active parent support group works with the administration and teachers to provide volunteers and special activities throughout the year.

The school offers a performance-based/mastery learning approach to education with a curriculum similar to that of U.S. public and private schools. Instruction, leading to individual mastery, takes advantage of small class sizes and the diverse educational backgrounds of the students. Instruction is in English with Chinese offered as a language. Currently, ten AP courses are taught in the secondary school, including Chinese, French, calculus, biology, world history, chemistry, physics, literature, history, and psychology. Enrollment is more than 400. There are 42 full-time Western-trained and -certified teachers. The staff of 42 teachers for 400 students makes a ratio of 1 teacher to about 9 students. An annual capital fund fee of $1,600 per student is required. There is a one-timeregistration fee of $300. The bus fee is $1,500 per year. The school occupies two buildings just off the Third Ring Road in southern Chengdu and one purpose-built building. QSI International School of Shenyang serves students age 3 through age 13. It is a private, non-profit institution that opened in August of 2012 and offers a high-quality education in the English language for elementary and secondary students. The school belongs to the Quality Schools International network, which has schools in nearly 30 countries.

Rainbow Bridge International School - Hong Qiao International School (RBIS-HQIS) was founded in 1997 and now serves preschool, kindergarten, primary school, and middle school students. As an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School, BCIS is authorized to teach the IB Primary Years and Middle Years programmes.

Shanghai American School (SAS) is an independent, nonprofit, coeducational day school, which offers an educational program from pre-kindergarten through grade 12 for English-speaking students of all nationalities. The School was founded in 1912, although it was closed from 1950-1979. China's largest international school follows an American curriculum and is authorized by the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) to offer the IB Diploma and IB Middle Years Programs. Despite this, the IB qualification is not recognized as an award for university entrance in China.

SAS has an American standards-based core curriculum such as that found in the best American public or private schools. The curriculum is augmented by College Board Advanced Placement courses and the International Baccalaureate program, some English-as-an-Additional-Language support, and the integration of technology across the curriculum, including one-to-one computers in middle school and high school. Chinese language and cultural programs are incorporated throughout the curriculum. SAS has been accredited by the Western Association ofSchools and Colleges since 1988.

This large school serves more than 3,000 pupils today. More than 460 full-time faculty members are employed. Approximately 95 percent of the School's operational income derives from tuition. Annual tuition rates are as follows: PK: $19,954; K-grade 5: $29,740; grades 6-8: $30,420; and grades 9-12: $31,768. The school charges an annual capital development fee of $5,328 for all students in grades K-12, a one-time matriculation fee of $4,590 for students in elementary school and $5,410 for students in middle school and high school, and a technology fee of $1,721 for all new students in grades 6-12. The academic year has 2 semesters extending from mid-August to mid-January and from mid-January to mid-June. Organization: SAS is governed by a 9-member Board of Directors. All parents with children enrolled at SAS are automatically members of the Association. SAS operates two purpose-built school campuses. The Pudong (East) campus, located in the midst of a gated golf community just north of the Pudong International Airport, currently serves PK-grade 12 on a 23-acre facility where there are over 1,400 students enrolled. There are eleven main buildings on the campus that includes a central plant, a cafeteria, a food court, gymnasiums, an aquatic center, an auditorium, and elementary school, middle school and high school buildings. Over the course of the past seven years, in response to the growth of the expatriate community taking place in the Pudong area, the campus has expanded more than three-fold to include a new high school and middle school library, substantial athletic facilities, an aquatic center, classrooms, and science laboratories to accommodate separate middle and high school programs. Slated to begin construction this fall is a new 750+ seat performing arts center. The Puxi (West) campus is a fully developed PK-grade twelve campus with over 1,900 students. Fifteen major buildings have been constructed since 1998 including: high school, middle school, elementary school, three gymnasiums, an elementary library, a secondary library media center, a cafeteria with separate areas for upper and lower schools, a central administrative center, a black box theater, a performing art center, an aquatic center, a maintenance/storage building, and a central plant. Both campuses have purpose-designed, energy efficient facilities for instruction in art, music, physical education, science, computers, library skills, and drama, as well as other large, well-lit air-conditioned classrooms. All classrooms, instructional areas, and most other areas are fully networked to the school’s computer servers and the Internet which serves elementary classrooms and the one-to-one laptop program in 6-12, as well as all administrative services. Both campuses have extensive playing fields with full facilities. All SAS facilities are owned by the Association and have been built since 1998 to rigorous educational standards.

Founded in 1996 by the International Schools Foundation, Shanghai Community International School and Hangzhou International School (SCIS-HIS) encompasses five campuses within three schools in two cities. In Shanghai are the four campuses of the Shanghai Community International School: Hongqiao Campus, Hongqiao ECE Campus, Pudong Campus Lower School, and Pudong Campus Upper School. The Hangzhou International School is located in the city of Hangzhou, 176 kilometers (109 miles) to the southwest of Shanghai. The schools cover nursery through grade 12.

SCIS-HIS is based on the American system (grade levels, similar structure of class offerings, daily schedule and yearly calendar) but uses an international curriculum (based on an American framework, but incorporating standards from many Western countries: US, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand); materials are largely from the US, but also include materials from other countries. Shenyang International School (SYIS) serves children of foreign nationals and expatriates working for companies in the Shenyang area. The school offers an American curriculum and a college preparatory system of instruction. It is a member of the International Schools of China network and is accredited by Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC).

SYIS offers academically excellent programs to meet the intellectual, physical, and emotional needs of students. It is accredited by Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC), the accrediting body for public and private K-12 schools and colleges in California, the Pacific, and East Asia. SYIS first gained WASC accreditation in 2006. In 2012, it successfully completed the re-accreditation process and was granted another 6 year term of accreditation, the longest term granted by WASC. SYIS is undergoing accreditation by the National Center for School Curriculum and Textbook Development (NCCT). The school is also a member of the Association of Chinese and Mongolian International Schools (ACAMIS) and the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI).

SYIS has an enrollment of approximately 250 students.

Shenyang International School (SYIS) began in 1998 with 18 students in grades 1-6. Initially the school occupied five classrooms and some office space on the third floor of the Liaoning Vocational School. By the end of its first year, the school had grown to 29 students with three teachers. By the year 2000, the school had grown to an enrollment of 70 students and moved to a location at Quan Yuan, in the Dongling District of Shenyang. In the fall of 2005, the school moved to its third location in Sujiatun, a large suburban district in the south of Shenyang city. The Sujiatun campus was twice the size of the previous location which gave the school more room to expand. In the fall of 2008, SYIS changed location again. This time, the school moved to the Minzu Economic Development Zone in the He Ping District of Shenyang. The new location provided many improvements including a closer proximity to students’ residences, a kitchen and food service area, an outdoor playground with a permanent play structure, and more space for computer labs, offices and classrooms. In 2009, SYIS was able to convert one of the other buildings on the site into an auditorium and indoor gym room. In 2010, SYIS was granted use of the third building on the site and the high school expanded into this building. SYIS is exploring options for a new school location which would allow for its continued growth.

Shenyang Pacific International Academy (SPIA) was founded by the Xiaopeng Real Estate Development Company in Shenyang and is supported and managed by International Schools Services in Princeton, New Jersey. It is located in Huishan District, a new high-technology and agricultural zone to the northeast of Shenyang. The school offers a US high school curriculum and serves both Chinese and foreign expatriate students. Instruction is in English.

Shenyang Pacific International Academy has been approved by the Shenyang Education Bureau of the Liaoning Province and is undergoing the accreditation process with the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC), the US  education accreditation organization. The school incorporates a Western-style education. Learning expectations are high and the program is challenging, diverse, and taught in English by native English-speaking teachers. Teachers help students understand Western cultures and develop their intellectual, creative, and physical skills in building a base to help them live and work well in an international world. After four years, students can enter top quality US or other universities in English-speaking countries.

SPIA has small class sizes, with an average 15 students in each class. The school's campus covers an area of 60,000 square meters with purpose-built facilities covering an area of 48,840 square meters.

After students obtain a high school diploma from Shenyang Pacific International Academy, they are eligible to enter a Chinese university as international students. The school has signed an agreement with Shenyang Normal University-International Business Department. Students who do not choose to attend university abroad can attend this university and study in the program of Fort Hays State University.

Located in Beijing, 3e International School provides education to students prekindergarten, kindergarten, and early elementary grades. It opened in 2005 with three prekindergarten children, and in subsequent years added nursery, kindergarten, and early elementary grades. The school provides instruction in Mandarin and English. Students spend half of each school day in each language environment.

3e International School outlines its curriculum in the six areas below. Language Arts Effective language skills are critical in our being able to share our ideas and needs with others. Interpersonal and Intrapersonal Knowledge No arena of development is more important that a child's ability to develop intrapersonal and interpersonal intelligence. Physical Development There is good evidence that fit and healthy children tend to become fit and healthy adults. Often, the patterns that children establish during their prekindergarten and elementary years become those that most will maintain throughout their lifetime. The goal in this curricular area is two-fold: to have children develop confidence and competence in the control and movement of their bodies; and to have children develop the attitudes, knowledge, skills and practices that lead to maintaining, respecting, and protecting their bodies. Facilities at BISS Puxi include the following: 1) Learning Resources Centre, an open and inviting space in which children browse books and other resource materials. Mixing the age groups, children can read together and explore the fantastic range of literature on offer.  2) Auditorium. Drama, music and performance have always been a core strength of the school. The British School of Beijing was founded in 2003 and operates two campuses in Beijing: one in the Embassy district and the other in a suburb not far from the airport. Primary school classrooms comfortably cater for our maximum classroom sizes of 22 students and are enhanced by specialist rooms for music, food technology and ICT. The British School of Guangzhou is located on the shores of Nanhu Lake near Guangzhou and is housed in two separate campuses only a few minutes walk from each another, catering for Lower and Upper School students.
